The exchange process is the same for all coins available on RaincityEx:

1. Go to raincityex.com. Select the coin you want to exchange from (i.e. the one you already have) from the left field, and the coin you want to buy (i.e. the one you will receive) from the right field.Click the ‘Complete Exchange’ button.
   
   
2. Double check the amount specified, the amount you want to get. Enter Email Address, specify the recipient wallet and check the Terms of Use & KYC/AML. Note that the final exchange amount will be show here. If everything looks OK, proceed to the next step by clicking the ‘Continue Exchange’ button.
   
   
3. Now your transaction has been created. You will see a wallet address and a QR code beside it. This is the address to which you will send us the currency you want to exchange. Go to the wallet where you’re storing the currency you want to exchange and paste this address into the corresponding field. If you use a mobile wallet app, you can just scan the QR code we provide. Once you have submitted your payment enter the transation ID in the input field & click the ‘Submit’ button. As soon as we receive your money, we’ll exchange it and send it to the recipient address you provided in step 2.
   
   
4. We will notify you as soon as your transaction is completed. Transactions are usually completed within 5-30 minutes. In some cases, waiting time may increase due to network delays.
